Suject of Contract, Sale, or Supply between Customer and JN SCIENCETECH
Availability of Material
Order acceptance and contract completion including delivery of goods are subject to availability of materials, components according to your specifications, etc.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without prior notice from time to time. Buyers are therefore requested to confirm the current price of products before placing the order.
Taxes, Custom Duties
The price shall be exclusive of any value-added, sales, excise, customs or other tax or duty payable on the sale of the goods, which shall be paid by the customer.
Method of Shipment
Will dispatch international shipments via DHL express, FeDex or UPS etc. We will be happy to utilize other carriers based on buyer’s requirements for Local and Internationals.
Lost or Damage
In the absence of prior agreement between customer or buyer and we, assumes responsibility for any damages or loss of products until the product transferred to Buyer.
Return of Shipments
Buyer may note that some materials are not returnable. Like custom or special order materials, missing or parts or instructions, and opened materials.
Law & Disputes
All disputes as to the legality, interpretation, application or performance of this order, or any of its terms and conditions, shall be governed by the laws of India.
Suitability & Fitness
We accept no liability for misuse of the products or failure of the client to carry out its statutory obligations. Purity values, where quoted may vary from batch to batch.
Waiver
The waiver by us of any breach of any of these conditions shall not prevent the subsequent enforcement of that term and shall not be deemed to be a waiver.
