Overview
The Acid Digestion Vessel is specifically designed for the preparation of laboratory samples for chemical analysis. It enables the digestion or dissolution of organic and inorganic samples in strong acids or alkalis under elevated temperatures and pressures. Available in both general-purpose and microwave-compatible variants, these vessels ensure complete containment and recovery of samples, making them ideal for accurate analytical testing.
How It Works
To perform sample digestion, place the sample inside the vessel and add the required acid or alkali. Seal the vessel securely to maintain pressure containment. Heat the vessel to the desired temperature, allowing the chemical reaction to fully dissolve the sample. Once digestion is complete, carefully release the pressure and recover the solution for analysis.
These vessels are essential for laboratories conducting precise elemental analysis, offering enhanced safety, efficiency, and reliability in sample preparation.
